Michael Damont Jones was born and raised in Virginia Beach, VA and is a passionate and purpose-driven individual living with Autism Spectrum Disorder and a Non-Verbal Learning Disorder. Although he began school with a speech/language delay, Michael with support services and family support worked hard throughout his school years and graduated with his high school diploma from Salem High School in Virginia Beach. He also went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Saint Augustine’s College in Raleigh, NC. With a heart full of compassion and a mind uniquely wired for insight, he has embraced his journey with courage and authenticity. Michael believes that everyone has the potential to grow, thrive, and become the best version of themselves—and he’s made it his mission to inspire others along that path. Through his words, actions, and unwavering determination, Michael encourages those around him to see their worth, pursue their goals, and walk confidently in their own uniqueness.
